For an extra fee, I will disclose your loan with UWM, or any other lender with an automated fee entry platform. Disclosures for any other system will be handled by the loan officer. You will upload your loan to the lender of your choice. Following the signing of initial disclosures, I will order your appraisal, your title work, order payoffs for refinances, order employment verifications, submit your loan to the lender, work with you, the underwriter, and your borrowers to obtain conditions necessary to satisfy the underwriter, and help your loan through the closing process.
